Its a Matra-Simca 'Bagheera' from the 1970's

It was powered by a 1294cc engine which outputed 84 bhp & weighed just 884kg.
The strange thing about it is that you could seat 3 people abreast.

That was gonna be one of my clues if no one found it. It was a three seater sports car! I saw one years ago at an auto Museum in Texas. But you got it! 1973 to be exact.

Did the yella paint scheme help? LOL, Your up!
