You Da Man!
It's actually a 1923 Persu Streamliner. Designed and built by Aurel Persu in 1923. The Romanian Streamliner was considered a singular masterpiece designed and built by engineer AUREL PERSU. He studied from 1909 to 1913 at the T.H. Berlin, and among the first to apply aerodynamics principles to automobiles. Perşu implemented his idea in 1922-1923 in Berlin, building an automobile that could reach very high speeds for that time, and it could take curves at up to 60 km/h. It was the first car to have the wheels inside its aerodynamic line, which we take for granted today. The car ran for 160,000 km and can be seen since 1961 in the Technical Museum in Bucharest. Persu tried to keep the costs low and used production parts for this prototype. The engine was a four-cylinder AGA (Berlin). Persu conceived the car as a test vehicle, in order to sell it to an existing automobile company. This masterplan failed but the car is still in working order today.
